As a BENG member the information you supply in your profile will be added to the BENG Member data base which is searchable by other BENG members and will be included in a member list that is downloadable by members.  

We encourage you to enter all of your professional and contact information so that the network is useful to the group. If there is information that you do not wish to be in the hands of members or that members could have access to or that might be passed outside of the group, you should not enter that information into the member data base.

None of the payment information you entered into PayPal on joining is savable or stored by the group. As a condition of membership you agree to hold BENG, its Directors, employees and volunteers harmless from any consequences resulting from the use of this information by BENG members or a third party.

As a condition of membership and as stated in our privacy policy it is a requirement of BENG that members do not actively solicit other members for personal gain. This includes but is not limited to activities such as selling insurance, financial services or outplacement services. Presenting your business at a BENG meeting to a group of members is not considered soliciting.
